“Get more at Picador”, that’s the message coming from Hampshire based automotive group Picador PLC as they officially announce the rebrand of their business. The move comes after many months of planning and coincides with the launch of their all-new group website provided by automotive specialists 21st Century Internet Ltd.
Led by Picador Group Marketing Manager, Paul Wilde, the rebrand has seen a new logo, group website and a new jingle for radio. On delivering the rebrand, Paul commented, “When I joined Picador at the end of Q3 2016, one of the first actions I wanted to implement was a rebrand. I recognised that Picador was well established in the Hampshire area as a Vauxhall dealer but not necessarily for their latest franchises of Renault and Dacia. I wanted to bring these three franchises together under one group website and emphasise the values and award winning customer service that have been so successful for the business over many years.”
A family owned business which has been selling and repairing Vauxhall cars since 1962, Picador diversified by adding Renault and Dacia to the group back in 2015. These new brands take Picador into being a multi franchised business and the rebrand pulls all three manufacturers under the Picador umbrella. Graham Jacobs, Picador PLC CEO added, “The rebrand shows how our business is moving forward and how we’ve diversified with three fantastic brands. It’s exciting times ahead and I look forward to welcoming many more customers at Picador.”
The Group which has five dealerships across the Hampshire area as well as a manufacturer approved Bodyshop is one of the longest serving Vauxhall Retailers in the country.
