    Dear Customer,


    How are you?


    These have been strange and worrying times for all of us, and whilst we have enjoyed some positive moments, and seeing the country pull together to support our NHS and keyworkers and help get Britain moving again, we’re pleased that we will soon be enjoying greater freedoms, and that we’ll have the chance to see many of you again.

    We’d like to bring you up to date with the measures we’re taking as we transition out of lockdown so you know how we’re supporting you, your safety and that of our staff.



    For the rest of this month, our sales departments remain physically closed apart from our Sholing branch where we have a small team available now to help you find your next new or used car.


    You can still order new vehicles, and you can of course browse our full range of used vehicles of all makes and models online here.


    When you’ve found a vehicle you like, just get in touch via one of the usual methods. We can send video tours of our cars in stock, arrange socially-distanced test-drive and payments can be taken remotely via card or bank transfer.


    Following the recent update to government guidance, in addition to home deliveries we are now also able to offer you the option to collect your new car directly from the dealership. We have changed our usual vehicle handover process to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues and respect government guidelines.


    From June 1st, in line with Government guidelines, our sales departments at Sholing, Winchester and Chandlers Ford will open to allow customer visits. The social-distancing and hygiene methods that we have had in place throughout the lockdown period will be extended to our showroom areas to keep everyone safe.




    Our Sholing branch is open now for aftersales services with social-distancing measures in place. We have been serving keyworkers throughout the lockdown period and have robust hygiene and distancing measures in place to protect both you and our staff. Signage around the dealership will show where you need to stand or wait and our staff will be the now ‘normal’ 2m away and on hand to help and direct you!


    On June 1st we will also be opening our Chandlers Ford & Winchester branches for both sales and aftersales services.
