Used Porsche 911 3.3 Turbo 2DR

Sitting on original Fuchs, the deep dish 9” rear wheels are quite something, not many cars in the ‘80s came with wheels like these from the factory. They present in good condition all round, painted black as was the standard factory option for these 911s. Flared arches to accommodate the wider track, along with that iconic spoiler, transformed the classic 911 silhouette. This Turbo had a restoration in 2017 that included the “kidney bowls” as they are known being replaced on both sides, making it a solid example with no corrosion on them. Panel gaps and shut lines all are in good condition across the car, the underside is also in good condition. Finished in Guards Red, a popular colour for an iconic air-cooled Porsche, the paint looks excellent on this car having had windows out respray as part of the restoration in 2017. Even in colour and finish across all panels. The seats and carpets are black leather with red piping, a classic choice for the interior on this car. The seats are in good condition for the mileage and use of the vehicle. The carpets are also the originals and are also in line with the age and mileage of the car. The dashboard is extended in leather black backed dials with contrasting orange needles are in great condition. The steering wheel is an aftermarket Momo steering wheel, rather than the slightly awkward looking original item. It’s in good condition the leather free from any major unexpected wear. Under that iconic “tea tray” spoiler is the beating heart on this Turbo. With the additional components, it’s a jam-packed engine bay, Porsche using all the space they had to get the most out of the 3.3L block. Larger brakes were fitted on the 930, along with drilled discs to help the car come to a stop faster than the naturally aspirated sibling. There are no issues with the main running electrics of the car such as the sunroof, windows, lights etc… The service book indicates that this car was a C15, and was originally destined for Hong Kong. However, it was first serviced on 27.06.1985 in London and the V5 states registration as 09.07.1985
